Allows running csUnit tests under NUnit without recompilation. The csUnit.dll assembly referenced by the tests must be available to use this addin. The 1.0 release of the addin supports versions 2.0.4 and earlier of csUnit under .NET 1.1. Version 2.0 of the addin will support later versions of csUnit under .NET 2.0
